Access incoming feeds#

To access incoming feeds, in the left sidebar, select Platform settings > Incoming feeds.

Incoming feeds list#

The following columns are available in the incoming feeds list:

Column name	Description
Feed name	The name of the feed.
Pricing tier	The pricing tier of the feed’s transport type. Possible values: Free: Transport type is available without additional cost. Paid: Transport type requires a paid subscription. Empty: Transport type is an ingestion method (not a vendor feed).
Last download status	The status of last when the packages were downloaded. Click the result for more information on the download.
Pending	The number of packages pending to be ingested.
Failed	The number of packages that failed to be ingested.
Ingested	The number of ingested packages.
Ingested entities	The number of total ingested entities.
Organization	The name of the organization the feed is ingested from.
Content types	The type of content.

Above the incoming feeds table, you can use the following controls to refine the list:

Search bar

Enter text to search for incoming feeds by name. Search matches partial strings and is case-insensitive.

Pricing tier filter

Filter the list by pricing tier of the feed’s transport type.

Select Free to show only feeds using free transport types.
Select Paid to show only feeds using paid transport types.
Select both options to show only feeds using vendor feed transport types. Feeds using ingestion methods are hidden.
Clear all selections to show all feeds.

The filter dropdown label updates to reflect your selection:

At the right side of the view, for every feed, you can click to choose one of the following options:

Download now: start the content download.
Reingest all failed: retry ingesting packages for all the failed packages.
Ignore all failed: ignore all the packages that failed to ingest.

This action resets the Failed counter, you can go the Detail pane to reprocess the ignore package manually.
Edit: edit the configured details in an incoming feed.
Delete: delete an incoming feed.

Click on a feed to open the detail pane. The following options are available:

Tab name	Description
Overview	All the configured information for the feed, including: Feed name and Organization Transport type and Content type Pricing tier: The pricing tier of the feed’s transport type (Free, Paid, or empty for ingestion methods) Last download status Schedule and execution settings
Feed downloads	All the downloads performed for the feed. Click on the status result to view more information.
Ingested packages	All the ingested packages, use the filter to adjust your view by Date, Size, and/or Status.
Ingested entities	All the ingested entities. Use filter to adjust your view by Entity, Source, TLP, and/or Date.
Editing history	History of edits performed to the feed.

In the top-right corner of the detail pane, you can click and select one of the following actions:

Download now: start the content download.
Reingest all failed: retry ingesting packages for all the failed packages.
Ignore all failed: ignore all the packages that failed to ingest.

This action resets the Failed counter, you can go the Detail pane to reprocess the ignore package manually.
Edit: edit the configured details in an incoming feed.
Delete: delete an incoming feed.

These actions are also available in the relevant tabs themselves.
