Ticketing integrations | Use#

After configuring the ServiceNow ticketing integration, you can create tickets directly from Intelligence Center or create a work note to an existing incident.

Size limit

You can select a maximum of 100 entities for incident creation.

To Create Tickets#

  1. Navigate to Search from the left sidebar.

  2. Select one or more entities from which you want to create a ticket.

  3. Click Export action, and from share entities, click ServiceNow.

  4. To create a ticket, click Create a ticket.

  5. Provide the title and description.

  6. Click Save.

The ticket will be created in your ServiceNow instance and can be viewed there.

To Create Work Note#

  1. Navigate to Search from the left sidebar.

  2. Select one or more entities from which you want to create a work note.

  3. Click Export action, and from share entities, click ServiceNow.

  4. To create a work note, select the incident ID from the list of incidents.

  5. Click Confirm.
