Configure the Report template#
Create or open a Report template
From the
, select Cover page options to add or remove a front page, by toggling
the Add cover page switch on or off.
With the front page added, you can:From the
, select Cover page options and toggle the Show cover image switch on
to display an image on the Reports’ cover. Then, on the cover page of the template, select Upload image
and select an image browsing your computer to add that to the template as the cover image.If you choose not to show a cover image on the cover, you can select a background cover from the

switch on to display a header on the cover page.If you have the header enabled for the body of the template you can select, from

Cover page options and toggle the Different header on cover page switch to select whether or not to
have the cover page’s header be the same as the rest of the template’s header.
If you select to have a different header on the cover page, select + in the corner of each of the header fields and choose what you want to display in that field.
In the top left corner, select the AA button to choose fonts for headings and body text, and colors for headings and links.
Choose a heading font from the left drop-down menu or upload a new font by selecting Upload font file from the bottom of that drop-down menu.
Choose a body text font from the right drop-down menu or upload a new font by selecting Upload font file from the bottom of that drop-down menu
Select a heading font color by selecting the left color swatch.
Select a link font color by selecting the right color swatch.
On the cover page or the first page of the template, select the Add super title, Add sub title, and Add properties buttons to add those fields to the template. In each field added, enter a placeholder text that will direct whoever uses the template.
In the content block, define a structure for the text to be added to the Report when the template is used. Press
/or use the top left corner drop-down menu to use pre-defined heading styles for your headings.
Use Report template#
From the left sidebar, select + Create.
From the Intelligence list, select Report.
Select Choose template.
Select the template you want to use.
Select Continue.
Use the template to create your Report. Use the Preview button in the bottom left corner to see what it will look like as you are working on it.
