Create and save a new set of recovery codes to regain access to two-factor authentication if you loose access to your authentication app.
If for some reason you cannot access the two-factor authentication code for the Intelligence Center in your authentication app, you will not be able to complete the sign-in process.
When you set up two-factor authentication for your user account, you were prompted to store 10 recovery codes.
If you cannot access or retrieve them, you can create a new set of recovery codes at any time.
After creating the set of recovery codes, store them in a safe and accessible place.
Generate new recovery codes
If you generate new recovery codes, the existing ones are deleted.
To generate a new set of recovery codes:
In the side navigation bar click the avatar image of your user profile.
In the user profile view, scroll down to the Two factor authentication section.
Click Generate new recovery codes.
In the confirmation dialog, click Generate new recovery codes.
Enter your current user password in the confirmation dialog.
