ServiceNow | Use | Export Observables to EclecticIQ Intelligence Center

Once you have configured the integration, you can export Observables to EclecticIQ Intelligence Center (EIQ IC) from the IoC Repository.

To do this:

1. In your ServiceNow instance, select All to open the filter box.

2. Go to Threat Intelligence > IoC Repository > Observables.

3. Open the Observable you’d like to send to EIQ IC.

4. Select the Sent Observable to EclecticIQ button.

When sending a observable to the EclecticIQ IC, the ServiceNow EIQ IC application will ensure only one occurence of the observable will be found in the IC.

Use the EIQ Observable Type Mapping table to configure how observable type will be mapped between ServiceNow and EclecticIQ IC.
