Remove collaborators from a workspace#
To turn a workspace from a collaborative working area to a private one, remove all collaborators but the current user from it.
Whether a workspace is personal, that is, private and accessible only to its collaborators, or publicly open to all Intelligence Center users, only workspace collaborators can perform workspace actions such as adding and removing datasets and attachments, saving graphs, writing comments, and creating tasks.
To remove collaborators from a workspace :
In the left navigation bar, go to Workspaces and select a workspace.
In the workspace overview, click the workspace you want to remove collaborators from.
On the top-right corner of the dashboard click + to select one of the following options:
Share with users: select this option to remove collaborators from the active workspace.
On the user list, current workspace collaborators are highlighted to indicate that they are marked as selected. Click one or more selected users to deselect them, and to remove them from the workspace.
Alternatively:
Start typing a user name in the autocomplete search box, and then click the desired users in the search results to remove them from the workspace. The Save option includes a counter with the total amount of users marked for removal from the workspace.
When you are done, click Save to remove the selected users from the workspace, or Cancel to abort the operation.
If you click Save, the selected users are immediately removed from the workspace without prompting you to confirm the action.
Share with groups: select this option to remove user groups (and their users) from the active workspace.
This option enables removing one or more user groups at once. When you remove user groups from a workspace, users belonging to the selected groups can no longer collaborate in the workspace.
On the user group list, current workspace collaborators are highlighted to indicate that they are marked as selected. Click one or more selected user groups to deselect them, and to remove them from the workspace.

Start typing a user group name in the autocomplete search box, and then click the desired groups in the search results to remove them from the workspace.
When you are done, click Save to remove the selected groups and their users from the workspace, or Cancel to abort the operation.
If you click Save, the selected user groups are immediately removed from the workspace without prompting you to confirm the action.
