Export from a dataset

You can export the entities from a dataset in JSON, STIX, or CSV formats for deeper analysis.

1. From the left navigation, select Search .

2. Select Go to Search and Browse and at the top of the page go to Datasets.

3. Select the menu icon of the dataset you want to export entities from and select Open.

4. Enter a query for the entities you want to export and click .

5. Select either:

   • all the entities currently shown with the checkbox in the top-left corner of the entities table, or:

   • individual entities with the checkboxes on their lines in the entities table.

6. From the top of the entities table, select Export.

7. From the drop-down menu select the desired export format.

8. (Optional) If you selected CSV (custom columns), select the desired columns, order them by clicking and holding the drag-and-drop icon on the right, and select Export CSV.

CSV export

The CSV export runs as a system job. The more entities you include in a CSV export the longer this job runs.

You can see the CSV export job and dowload the file once the job is done by selecting Notifications > Updates.

Expiration

The CSV export file is deleted after 10 days
