Ticketing integrations | Integrate#
Integrate at least one vendor for ticketing.
Requirements#
Users will need an instance/API URL and an API key.
Configure ticketing vendor#
From the left sidebar, go to
Data configuration > Ticketing Integrations.From the ServiceNow card, click Edit.
Provide the ServiceNow instance URL in the API URL field.
Provide the ServiceNow API Key in the API Key field.
(Optional) If required, check the SSL verification box and enter the Path to SSL certificate file.
Check the Enabled box to be able to use the vendor after configuring it.
Save your changes.
Create tickets
With one or more vendors integrated, you can create tickets directly from Intelligence Center or create a work note to an existing incident.
