Create from search

If you want to create a Search query dataset, you can also save a Search query after running it.

  1. From the left sidebar, select Create icon Create.

  2. From the modal that folds out, select Basic Dataset icon Dataset.

  3. Enter a Dataset name.

  4. (Optional) Add a description of the dataset.

  5. Choose between creating a Collection dataset, which you have to manually fill, or a Search query dataset which is filled with the Entities matching the query you base it on.

  6. If you selected Search query, enter a query for the Entities you want to include in the dataset.

  7. (Optional) Select the Preview button to see which Entities the search query you’ve written would match.

  8. (Optional) Select Add to workspace, then from the Workspaces drop-down menu, select one or more workspaces to include the dataset in.

  9. Select Save.
