AI | Summary & Translation

Some AI features have been integrated to the Entity detail pane in the Ask AI menu:

• Extract Entities.

• Translation.

• Quick summary.

Extract Entities

When initiated from the Ask AI menu on the Entity detail page, AI Entity extraction works the same as documented elsewhere.

Translation

1. From the left sidebar, select Search.

2. Select an Entity to open it.

3. From the Ask AI drop-down menu in the top right, select Translate to your default language.

4. (Optional) From the language drop-down menu, select the language you want to translate into if that isn’t your default language.

5. If you want the translated text to replace the analysis in Entity select Replace in Entity. Otherwise, from the drop-down arrow, select:

   • Append in the Entity to have the translated text added to the analysis in the Entity.

   • Add to a new Entity to create a new Entity to add the translation to.

   • Copy to add the translation to your clipboard.

Quick summary

1. From the left sidebar, select Search.

2. Select an Entity to open it.

3. From the Ask AI drop-down menu in the top right, select Quick summary or select the Quick summary link next to Description.

4. After the summary generation concludes, select Copy to add the summary to your clipboard.
