AI | Writing assistant#
When you have configured an AI-provider, you can use the AI assistant that is embedded in any rich text editor in the platform. The assistant can:
Generate new text#
In any rich text editor in the platform, select the
AI writing assistant.In the modal that opens, enter a prompt for the text you would like the assistant to generate and select the
run button.If you are happy with the result, select Insert in text.
If you aren’t, either enter a prompt instructing the assistant to tweak the text and select the
run button or select
Try again to start over completely.
Improve written text#
The AI assistant comes with pre-configured options for improvements. These improvements are baked-in prompts that can be carried out on text you select in the editor.
In any text editor in the platform, select the text you would like to improve.
From the
AI assistant dropdown, select the improvement you’d like
the assistant to carry out:Summarise text
Improve writing
Simplify language
Change tone
which parses your text and changes its tone to your choice of:
Professional
Direct
Confident
Change style
which parses your text and changes its style to your choice of:
Technical
Strategic
Operational
