Process | Intelligence Compass#

The Intelligence Compass is your central hub for defining, tracking, and refining your organization’s Intelligence requirements, i.e. its top security questions. After setting up your Intelligence requirements, the Intelligence Compass will automatically run and link relevant threat data to these requirements using AI-driven or keyword-based matching.

Every 15 minutes you and any stakeholders that you have assigned as watcher will be receive a notification for each requirement that has matches with intelligence that was ingested. You can also have the matched Entities be added to Datasets or removed from them, and add tags to the Entities.

AI matching#

The AI matching draws on the description you enter in the Intelligence requirements to match Entities. Make sure you enter a detailed description of why the requirement matters to your organization and which specific details of Malware, Threat actor, or Report entities would mean they match this requirement.
This could include, for instance:

  • Analysis of previous threats that make this requirement relevant to your organization

  • Software that you use want to track.

  • Relevant regions of threat origin.

  • Threat vectors you want to keep an eye on.
