Datasets | Edit

To edit an existing dataset, do the following:

1. From the left sidebar, go to Search and then go to the Datasets tab.

2. In the Datasets overview, open the dataset you want to modify, and click in the top-right corner.

3. From the drop-down menu, select Edit to

   • rename the dataset.

   • change from a Collection to a Search query dataset.

     Destructive change

     Changing from a Collection to a Search query dataset will remove all Entities from it.

     If you want to put all Entities from a Search query dataset in a Collection dataset:

     1. Save the Search query.

     2. Create a new Collection dataset.

     3. Run the search query.

     4. Select all the Entities it returns and add them to the newly created Collection dataset in bulk.

     To turn a Collection dataset into a Search query dataset define a search query that matches the Entities in the datset and create a new Search query dataset based on it.

4. Add the Dataset to a workspace by selecting a Workspace from the drop-down menu.
   Select Add to workspace first if the drop-down isn’t visible yet.

5. Click Save to store your changes, or Cancel to discard them
