Use | Dashboards | Create & Manage#

You can create a new dashboard or edit, duplicate, or delete an existing one.

Create new Dashboards#

  1. From the left sidebar, select Dashboard.

  2. Next to Dashboard on the pane that slides out, select Create icon Create.

  3. Enter a name.

  4. (Optional) Enter a description.

  5. Under Share Dashboard select who this Dashboard should be visible to.

  6. Select Save.

Configure Dashboards

Now that you have created a Dashboard, choose which Widgets are displayed on it by following the steps for configuring your Dashboards.

Manage existing Dashboards#

  1. From the left sidebar, select Dashboard, then select View all on the pane that slides out.

  2. In the row of the Dashboard you want to edit, select More options, line of three dots arranged vertically More actions.

  3. In the drop-down menu, select the action you want to carry out:

    • Select Pencil Edit name and description to change the name or description of the Dashboard.

    • Select Duplicate item, stack of two with + symbol. Duplicate to add another copy of the Dashboard.
      This allows you to configure a second Dashboard starting from the configuration of the first, making it easy to quickly create similar Dashboards.

    • Select Delete, trash can Delete to delete the Dashboard.
      When you delete a Dashboard, the Widgets that were on it will still be in the Widget library.

Share existing Dashboards#

  1. From the left sidebar, select Dashboard, then select the Dashboard you want to share.

  2. To change which platform users can see the Dashboard, select Share and then select Private, Share with all users in organisation, or hover over Share to selected users using the search field and drop-down menu to select the users you would like to share with and then select Save.

Create a snapshot of a Dashbaord#

  1. From the left sidebar, select Dashboard, then select the Dashboard you want to share.

  2. Select the Share Share icon to download the current state of the Dashboard as a PNG file.
