In EclecticIQ Intelligence Center (EIQ IC) you will need to find and navigate to the features you use, as well as the intelligence objects in the platform.
The Navigation sidebar lets you find the features you use
Use search and browse to find the intelligece objects you work with.
Navigation sidebar#
You navigate your EIQ IC with the navigation sidebar. It is a fully customizable menu that allows each user to add the features they use most to it and sort these features in sections. The sidebar is also where users choose their landing page.
Missing features?
Because the sidebar is fully customizable, it may be missing a feature that the documentation directs you to select. If this is the case, simply add the feature to the sidebar.
Add feature to section#
In the left sidebar, select + next to the name of the section you want to add a feature to.
From the drop-down menu, selecth the feature you would like to add.
Each feature can only be added to one section at a time.
Set landing page or hide features#
You can choose your landing page by selecting a feature and hide features form the navigation bar, although not all features can be your landing page and some features can’t be hidden.
In the left sidebar, select
next to the feature you want to hide or set
as landing page.From the drop-down menu, select either option.
Manage sections#
You can rename sections, delete them, or change their order.
In the left sidebar, select
next to the name of the section you want to
rename, delete, or move.From the drop-down menu, any one of the options.
If you delete a section that still had features in it, those feature will be added to the section that was above it.
Add sections#
In the left sidebar, scroll down past the last section and select + Add section
Enter a name for your new section.
Select Create.
