Start and stop incoming feeds#

Start#

You can manually start an incoming feed download in one of the following ways:

In the Incoming feeds page#

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Data Data configuration icon > Incoming feeds.

  2. In the feed you want to download, and select More.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Download now.

In the feed OVERVIEW tab#

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Data Data configuration icon > Incoming feeds.

  2. Select the feed that you want to run.

  3. In the OVERVIEW tab of the feed detail pane, select DOWNLOAD NOW.

Stop#

You can:

  • Disable a scheduled incoming feed.

  • Stop and terminate a running incoming feed.

Disable a scheduled feed#

To disable a scheduled incoming feed execution:

  1. In the top navigation bar, select Data configuration > Incoming feeds.

  2. Go to the feed you want to download, and select More.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Edit.

  4. In the feed configuration page, go to the Schedule section, and set Execution schedule to None.

  5. Click SAVE to store your changes, or CANCEL to discard them.

Stop and terminate a running feed#

To stop the execution of a running feed and kill the task, do the following:

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Settings Settings > System jobs > Running.

  2. Browse to the running task(s) you want to terminate and click to select the task

  3. Select the Terminate button to stop the execution of the selected task(s).
