Uninstall EclecticIQ Platform Integration#

Deregister and remove EclecticIQ Platform Integration from IBM Resilient.

To uninstall EclecticIQ Platform Integration from IBM Resilient:

  1. Log in to the IBM Resilient instance with the resadmin user.

  2. To uninstall the app, deregister it, and then remove it from IBM Resilient:

    # Deregister the app
sudo resutil threatservicedel -name "EclecticIQ Platform"

# 'x.x.x' is a placeholder representing the app release.
# Example: 1.0.3
sudo pip uninstall rc-cts-eclecticiq-x.x.x

To verify that EclecticIQ Platform Integration has been successfully uninstalled from IBM Resilient:

  1. Open a web browser, and log in to IBM Resilient through the GUI.

  2. Click the user menu.

  3. From the drop-down menu select Administrator Settings.

  4. In the Administrator Settings view, click the Threat Sources tab.

    EclecticIQ Platform should no longer be listed in the Threat Sources view.
