Add and remove graphs#

View workspace graphs#

To display an overview of all the saved graphs belonging to a workspace:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Workspaces Workspaces icon > VIEW ALL.

  2. In the workspace overview, click the workspace whose saved graphs you want to examine to open it.

  3. On the open workspace dashboard browse to Saved graphs to see a tiled overview of all graphs saved to the workspace.

  4. Click the tile corresponding to the graph you want to review to open it.

Alternatively:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Workspaces Workspaces icon > VIEW ALL.

  2. In the workspace overview, click the graph counter area on the workspace tile corresponding to the workspace whose saved graphs you want to examine.

  3. Under Saved graphs you can see a tiled overview of all graphs saved to the workspace.

  4. Click the tile corresponding to the graph you want to review to open it.

Add graphs#

To add a graph to a workspace :

  1. In the side navigation bar click Graphs icon to create a new graph. To open a saved graph in the top navigation bar, click Intelligence > All intelligence > Browse > Saved graphs. In the graph overview saved graphs are displayed as tiles.

  2. In the tile corresponding to the saved graph you want to open, click dotted menu More > Load.

Pin graphs to the front page#

If a workspace is listed, you can pick selected saved graphs and pin them, so that they are included in the public dashboard, and any signed-in Intelligence Center users can view summary information about them.

To pin a saved graph to the front page and make it visible through the listed workspace public dashboard:

  1. In an open workspace, look for the Saved graphs section.

  2. In the entity overview browse to the saved graph you want to pin to the public dashboard of the workspace.

  3. Click the menu icon in the tile corresponding to the saved graph you want to pin and add to the public dashboard.

  4. From the drop-down menu select Pin to front-page.

The saved graph is added to the public dashboard of the workspace, under Saved graphs. Any signed-in Intelligence Center users can view summary information about it.

Unpin graphs from the front page#

To remove a graph from the workspace public dashboard, and to make it available only to the workspace collaborators :

  1. In an open workspace, look for the Saved graphs section.

  2. In the entity overview browse to the saved graph you want to unpin from the public dashboard of the workspace.

  3. Click the menu icon in the tile corresponding to the saved graph you want to unpin and remove from the public dashboard.

  4. From the drop-down menu select Unpin from front-page.

The saved graph is removed from the public dashboard of the workspace. Signed-in Intelligence Center users who are not collaborators of the workspace cannot view it any longer.

Remove graphs#

You can only remove a graph from a workspace by either:

  • Adding the graph to a different workspace. A graph can only belong to one workspace.

  • Deleting the graph from EclecticIQ Intelligence Center.
