Publish entities in a graph

When you create an entity in a graph, it is always created as a draft entity (recognizable by the dashed circle around them). Draft entities are not visible to the rest of your organization. To share them with the rest of your organization, you have to publish them. The article titled Draft and published entities explains the difference between the two.

Publish entities from navigation bar

To publish the entities in a graph:

  1. Click in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select the entities' source.

  3. Click Publish.

Publish entities from context menu

  2. Right-mouse click the selected entity or entities to display a context menu.

  3. Click Publish.
