Manage data policies
Run a policy
To run a policy, you must first enable it.
Policy runs can be started manually or scheduled.
Run manually
To run a policy immediately:
Make sure the policy is enabled.
Select a policy to open it.
In the panel that opens, select More ( ) in the top right.
Select Run now.
Schedule a policy
To schedule a policy to run:
Go to Data configuration ( ) > Policies.
Select a policy to open it.
In the panel that opens, select More ( ) > Edit in the top right.
Select Enable to allow the policy to run.
In the Schedule section, set a schedule by:
Selecting an option in the Execution schedule drop-down menu.
Setting how frequent the policy should run in the fields that appear.
Select Save at the bottom-right.
Enable or disable a policy
Enable a policy
To enable a policy:
Go to Data configuration ( ) > Policies.
Locate the policy you want to enable, and select More ( ) on its right.
In the menu that appears, select Enable.
Disable a policy
To disable a policy:
Go to Data configuration ( ) > Policies.
Locate the policy you want to enable, and select More ( ) on its right.
In the menu that appears, select Disable.
Remove a policy
Removing a policy is irreversible.
To remove a policy:
Go to Data configuration ( ) > Policies.
Locate the policy you want to enable, and select More ( ) on its right.
In the menu that appears, select Delete.
In the dialog box that appears, select Delete to confirm.
