Configure the incoming feed#

  1. Create or edit an incoming feed.

  2. Under Transport and content, fill out these fields:

    Description

    Transport type*

    Select E-ISAC Reports Feed from the drop-down menu.

    Content type*

    Select E-ISAC ZIP Report from the drop-down menu.

    Client ID*

    Set this to the Salesforce connected App Client ID

    Username*

    Set this to the Salesforce Username

    Private Key*

    Set this to the RSA private key in PEM format.

    Token Url*

    Set this to the Salesforce OAuth2 token endpoint

    Endpoint URL*

    Set this to the E-ISAC Salesforce Instance Url.

    By default, this is set to https://<YourDomainName>.my.salesforce.com/services/apexrest/<URL_Mapping>.

    Start ingesting from*

    Ingest data from the feed source starting from this date and time. Use the drop-down calendar to select the date and time you want to start ingesting feed data from.

  3. Store your changes by selecting Save.
